Find an available program, no matter where you live

There are other great options. Alaska’s health department is offering access to HALT’s online programs to eligible Alaskans living anywhere in the state.

Want to join an online program focused on losing weight AND preventing diabetes? That’s called a Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). If you don’t meet the eligibility requirements for the DPP, you’re likely eligible for another option HALT offers. That's called a Healthy Lifestyle program to lose weight and make other healthy changes. HALT will match you with the best program for you.

This year, the Alaska Department of Health can support more than 500 Alaskans living anywhere in the state to join online programs through its partnership with HALT. Adults in these online programs participate at no cost to them.
